Excel 2007 - MMULT

Can anyone tell me the new limitations of the MMULT function in Excel 2007

Previously in Excel 2002 and 2003 the limit was 5,461 cells

I tried MMULT with 10,530 cells in Excel 2007 and it worked! Even though in
the Help of Excel 2007 it still says the limit is 5,461 cells.

Obviously the limit has been increased - can anyone tell me the new limit?

Thanks
Al

See here for a discussion of limits of XL 2007:

They don't address your question specifically, however, there may be some
information there from which you can infer MMULTs limits. Alternatively, you
contact the bloggers who maintain the blog at the link above and ask them
directly. I've contacted them before with other questions and they have been
very responsive.

As for the documentation--my guess is that the documentation for XL 2007 is
still being finalized and therefore is not too reliable.

Thanks Dave - I sent an email from that link - I hope it gets some results.

I also hope you are right about Microsoft.
