how to search a word in a excel file which appears twice

In a excel file I want to list the columns which appear twice.

For Ex. if www.yahoo.com appears in Column A, and if http://www.yahoo.com
appears in Column B and C. I want to list those columsn

Please let me know how do it in the excel sheet.
