Full text in a cell is not displaying or wrapping
 

I have about 4 paragraphs that I want in a cell. I have formatted the cell
to wrap text, extened the hieght and width, however, only so much of the text
displays.

How can i get the whole text to display? and why does it not display the
full text in the cell? If I highlight the cell I can see it is there, but it
doesn't display it, even after i have made the cell bigger
