chinese data extract from Oracle 9i to Excel 2003

Hi,

I'm trying to extract chinese records from Oracle 9i to Excel 2003 through
"Import External Data", but i'm ended up with junk chars like "¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿".
Please let me know how to resolve this issue, language settings to be handled
to get me the correct chinese records. Thanks for your valuable time.
