embedded picture in excel

I am using Excel Pro 2003.

How could I embedded the picture in one of the cell in Excel spreadsheet.

How could I have a Picture as an icon in one of the cell in excel spreadsheet

How could I create a hyperlink to the picture icon so that when I save the
file it save the linked picture in the same folder where I save the Excel
spreadsheet file.
