Graph Highest to Lowest.
I have data on my spreadsheet. (e.g) cells A1 to A 22 Candle Scents, Cells
B1 to B22 Candles Sold. I have created a bar chart referencing these cells and it works, but the chart automatically put the numbers from highest to lowest. I also don't want any candles sold < 3 to show up on the chart. Right now all the candle scents show up on the chart no matter if any sold or not. Can this be fixed. |

There are a few solutions to this problem, I'm sure that there is an
easier one than this which I use at work but for some reason I cannot recreate it. Set up an Autofilter on the cells and then write a macro to first sort the data by column B and then filter the data so that that rows with <3 are hidden. If you need more detail then let me know. I'll try and find that other method tomorrow. Kind regards, Dan dot wrote: I have data on my spreadsheet. (e.g) cells A1 to A 22 Candle Scents, Cells B1 to B22 Candles Sold.
