Formula problem
I am trying to do a simple formula and it won't work.
I have about 2500 rows with a column that has the persons age. I am trying to do a "countif" the age is < = 2, greater than 2, greater than 6, etc. The formula has worked every time with every sheet that I open except for one. The formula is correct it is just giving me 0's and I know that is not correct. What is going on? |

Check to make sure the numbers on that sheet are formatted as numbers, and
not text. HTH, Elkar "Denise" wrote: I am trying to do a simple formula and it won't work. I have about 2500 rows with a column that has the persons age. Something else you might try:
Enter a 1 into any blank cell Copy that 1 Select your range of numbers Paste Special and select the "Multiply" option Click OK Delete the 1 that you entered originally Does that fix it?
