Not print certain cells
 

Rather than a macro that makes borders, shading and font white of all but
certain cells at the moment of printing and then switch them back as they
were before, is there a way to establish only certain cells to be printed and
the rest of the cells to be ignored?

Nope what you see is what you get when you print. If you are priting in Black
and White you can play with the colours of the font and the backgrounds.
It's possible to come up with combinations that don't print in a way that is
illegible. other than the the easiest thing to do is to come up with a
seperate report which is linked to the original report but which omits the
data you do not want printed...
