"Why did we get here????" popup
I have Microsoft Office Basic Edition Excel 2003. Whenever I start Excel,
an annoying popup window appears: WHY DID WE GET HERE???? I can click on the OK button to close the popup, but I don't know what the popup means or how to get rid of it permanently. This popup did not appear until I wrote a macro for one of my Excel applications. Now the popup window appears whenever I start Excel. Thanks for your help. -- Jim |
Sounds like a virus to me. Have you used Windows Search to look for a file
containing this text? On Thu, 3 Feb 2005 18:19:03 -0800, "jtwspoon" wrote: I have Microsoft Office Basic Edition Excel 2003. It could be a workbook that opens each time you open excel.

Pearson's notes helped identify my problem --- a defective add-in. Thank you!
