CAN I CHOOSE WHICH CELL THE CURSOR GOES 2 WHEN I PRESS TAB IN EXCEL

Pressing Tab will highlight the cell to the right, pressing Shift+Tab will
highlight the cell to the left. If this is not what you require could you
give a more detailed explanation

Yes

Unlock the cells to which you want the cursor to Tab to then protect the sheet.
