As I've learned - not all posts showing up here come through the Microsoft
portal - they actually come from other sites and those people probably aren't
even aware of the Answered/Helpful options. Others are new folks that don't
realize that they are there. Some (a rare few) are simply somewhat rude and
wouldn't even say thank you to their mother for making them lunch.

Then there are the dedicated many who intentionally leave things open ended
fully knowing that it will infuriate you to no end. It's a conspiracy - they
are out to drive you out of your mind, MAKE YOU SHOUT, and otherwise impose a
miserable existence upon you.
