Is it possible to add: " to the end of a list of names in a single
column? A sort of copy/paste to an entire list in Excel?

If your names are in column A, put this in B1 and copy down

Then you can do Copy PasteSpecial Values on column B to get rid of the
formulas and just leave the text in column B
