How do I keep heading so it prints on multiple pages

How do I keep heading so it prints on multiple pages
Go to File | Page Setup | Sheet tab and you will see that you can
specify Rows to Repeat at Top. Ensure that your print area excludes these rows, otherwise they will be printed twice on the first page. Hope this helps. Why the print area should exclude the rows to repeat at top? It will not be printed twice even if it is included.
