locked hyperlinked cells
 

I have made a hyperlink. The issue occurs when trying to press it when the
cell is locked and the sheet is protected. The only way to press it is when
protecting it checking "allow selecting of locked cells".
Is there a way around this? I do not want to allow pressing of locked cells
but i do not want to allow changes to that cell either

Help
