Updating Countdown
 

A few co-workers and I have these spreadsheets that have a pie chart and
various countdown fields, what I am wondering, is if there is any way that I
can get the spreadsheet to update automatically without me having to
continually hold down the F9 key. Any help is greatly appreciated.
