Format multiple comments

Hello everyone, I was wondering can someone tell me if it is possible to
format multiple comment boxes at the same time.

My problem anytime I insert a row in my spreadsheet, my comment boxes appear
longer. Instead of me going and resizing each box, can I format them at one
time?

Best not to insert or DELETE rows or columns.
Those A & Z buttons (usually to the left) with the down arrows, actually sort your data.
Select them all with the drawing arrow (from the Drawing toolbar), just like you do with cells, then format them from the Format menu item AutoShape... (or Ctrl + 1). Click the arrow to return to normal selecting.
