How can i ONLY see the column and row that i have created and not the rest?

select the rows or columns you don't want, press right click and "hide" the
cells-columns.

Not 100% sure exactly what you are after without knowing a bit more about
your sheet.

If you have a bunch of other rows or columns with data then you can
'format'...'column'....'hide'

If you are just wanting to try and have a blank looking page other than your
data you could use 'fill colour' on formatting toolbar and choose white to
fill the cells, this will essentially blank them out. You could also turn
off the grid lines under tools, options, view
