Batch file initiation from Excel macro?
Hi,
Is there a way to start a DOS batch file (*.bat extension) from an Excel macro? Is it also possible to have the macro wait until the *.bat file finishes executing? (it can take a while to unzip files that Excel is subsequently to process). It would be really nice to zip/unzip (also move/copy, but that's doable etc etc) files that way. Where can I find more about Excel/OS integration? Thanks, Yarroll |
