Some basic shapes can be drawn and located with VBA, parametrically or by
hard code. I know of no other way to draw shapes to specific dimensions. hth Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3 "SteveT" wrote: Hi, can anyone help please. How can I draw a shape that has specific dimensions. Steve |

Glad to know there is a way, although I am not that good at VBA. I was sad
to learn that the dimension feature for shapes in Excel 97 had been removed the 2007 version. I depended on it a lot for various tasks. Oops! Just discovered where they moved it to. Thought it was gone.
Make a shape, select it. Right click for menu and select "Size & Properties...". Type your dimensions in the value boxes.
