Default How can I set up automatic path/file name for new workbooks?

When opening a new book in excel or word, how can I have a path/file name be
standard on these new books? This way, people will not have to remember to
set them up in their headers and footers and we will always be able to find
where a document is located.

Open a worksheet and go to

-Tools - General - Default file location

and fill in the path you need. The same way works on word.
