Copy and pasting on columns but on spreadsheet with alot of data
Typically I would copy and paste (formula) by "drag" using "+" at the lower right corner of the cell, alternatively I would copy and highlight the cells before selecting the paste selection. However I run into trouble recently working with a spreadsheet with over 50,000 rows. What I did was to use the Ctrl key and use the mouse pointer to drag the cells but I suspect that there must be a smarter way to do this. Hope that I have been clear with my question and look forward to your expert advise. Thanks in advance Michael |

Hi Michael,
There are a couple of ways round this which are easier. If you already have data in the column to the right hand side of where the foluma will go, just double clikck on the black square in the bottom right hand corner of the cell, instrad of dragging it. Also, you can copy your forumla, got the cell in row 50,000 hold ctrl+shift and hit the "up key".
