I want get my pivot table to automatically split the results by the drop down
list at the top into sperate worksheets - is this possible? |

If you have a field in the Page area, then from the PT toolbar, choose Show Pages, select which Filed (if there is more than one) and Excel will create a separate sheet for each Page field item, each containing a subset of the raw data that went to make up the original data. -- Regards Roger Govier "kim22" wrote in message ...
