Excel Worksheet, fill color problem.

I can not see worksheet fill colors, except in print preview mode? I know
there must be a check box to click in but I can not find it. I have worn off
the letters off of my HELP file looking for an answer. Please Help!?!

Excel Worksheet, fill color problem.

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility
Options | Display | uncheck the "Use high contrast" box | OK.

No check box for this in Excel.
