How do I get the Stop Recording toolbar to show on the worksheet?

When I was done recording an Excel macro I clicked on the close toolbar X in
the upper right corner of the Stop Recording toolbar instead of the Stop
Recording button. The toolbar no longer automatically shows on the worksheet
while I am recording a macro. How can I get it back?

How do I get the Stop Recording toolbar to show on the worksheet?

Start recording a new macro
Then hit View|toolbars and show "stop recording"

You can discard the recorded macro when you're done.

Thank you.
I can get it in the toolbar area, what I want is for it to show on the
worksheet after I have named the macro, etc. and actually start recording it.
