Pivot Table -- Suppress blank cells
 
My pivot table suppresses blank rows (i.e. when "Sum of .." Total = 0). Is
it possible to change this to show the respective row with "0" in the Totals
column if no records exist for that selection.

Pivot Table, Layout,
Double Click on Row Item, check on "Show items with no data"
