simple sort, but ...
 

should be simple but i can't get it ... i want to do an alpha sort of
selected rows using the data in clm "c" for the sort criteria ...and i want
to maintain the original cell references in the rest of the selection!
anybody?

Try importing your sort 'list' into ToolsOptions...Custom Lists

Once done, select the data you want to sort and then select DataSort...
Select Options and in the 'first sort order' drop down select you 'list'
