Creating Word Docs from Excel Data
I am a teacher and just started using Excel as a gradebook. So far it
has worked out well, but I can't figure out how to print individual grade reports for each student. I would like to take the data from Excel sheet and create a Word doc that would automatically print each students grade reports from a template. Is there anyway to do this? |

Look into Word's Mail Merge - this sounds perfect for what you are looking
for. Be sure to add the Mail Merge Toolbar to your Word document so you can walk through the steps. Carole O " wrote: I am a teacher and just started using Excel as a gradebook.
