#Value! error

This formula:
=IF(OR(B1125<"\\\\\\CC\\\\\\",A1125=""),"",ROUNDU P(E1125,0)-E1125) is
causing this formula:{=SUM(IF(Sheet1!A3:A2001="",Sheet1!E3:E200 1))} from not
working, giving me the #VALUE! error. Yes I am entering Ctrl/Shift/Enter.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!!

Check to make sure no #VALUE! error in between E2:E2001
