how to convert feet to yards throughout a column?

Insert a blank column to the right of the column you want to convert and
enter this formula.

=CONVERT(A1,"ft","yd")

Changing the starting cell of A1 to your starting cell. Then copy down the
column.

If you look up CONVERT in help you'll get a list of all the conversions you
can do with this very useful function.

Christina, put 3 in an unused cell, copy that cell, select the data you want
to convert, edit, paste special, divide, ok
