AV probelm with Office 2007
 

Something has changed in Norton AV 2006 that prevents opening ANY O2007 files.

I "repaired" O2007 and ran live update without correcting the problem.

Has anyone a solution? Other than downgrading to 2003 which will be problem
since I can't change the files to be compatible with the old version.

AV probelm with Office 2007
 

Presumably, Norton doesn't recognize Office 2007 applications or files, due
to its being relatively new. Either put the office suite on your "trusted
applications" list or disable the Norton software....

AV probelm with Office 2007
 

Beta software is not for everyone. If you disable the Office
Plugin that comes with Norton Antivirus, you should be able to
open Office 2007 files again. But don't disable Norton
AutoProtect. Also see
