Need this formula in "F1" and "B1" contains text!
If B1<\\\\CC\\\\ "Then Do "", Else Roundup(E1,0)-E1, And If "A1" = "" Then
Do "", Else Roundup(E1,0)-E1

I am not sure what you want but try
=if(and(B1<"\\\\CC\\\\",A1=""),"",Roundup(E1,0)-E1)
unless what you want is for the center of a 1 0 character sequance in B1 to
be CC
then
=if(and(mid(B1,5,2)<"CC",A1=""),"",Roundup(E1,0)-E1)

That fixed the problem in "F column" but it's giving me a #Value! error in
"H column" where I have more formulas connected to "F column" Here's whats in
"H column"
=(IF(OR(E1125,G11250),H1124-E1125-F1125+G1125,""))

Your OR function is not properly constructed - do you mean this:

=IF(OR(E11250,G11250),H1124-E1125-F1125+G1125,"")
^^

Changes made indicated by the carets, and I've also removed a pair of
redundant brackets.

Sorry still not working! F column works fine, and H column works only when A
column has something in it otherwise It's giving me the #VALUE!
Recap:
F column =IF(OR(B1125<"\\\\\\CC\\\\\\",A1125=""),"",ROUNDU P(E1125,0)-E1125)
H column =(IF(OR(E1125,G11250),H1124-E1125-F1125+G1125,""))
