Pivot Table Sort Error
 

Hope someone has can help here.

My database has a Pivot Report option that enables me to create a pivot
table within the program using a query. Once that is done, there is the
option to export the pivot report to Excel.

What happens is that the Pivot table looks great in the database report, but
when it is exported to Excel, the sorting changes.

It is a simple table, based upon 2 sort items and one total field. Within
the database, it sorts perfectly, and I create grouped items, But when it is
exported to excel, the groups stay in tact, but the order of the groups
changes randomly.

Anyone know of this behavior in Excel?
