How can i set the shapes to stay on the front of the worksheet.?

When drawing shapes in excel the shapes keep disappearing
 

Drawing objects can be set above, or to the left of the FreezePanes lines and
will retain their positions appropriately, or you might mean the "order", or
depth of an object, which can be manipulated with a right-click order
selection.
