excel to word - fast, easy?

Trying to convert excel workbook of fairly detailed (but not formula-complex)
worksheets to Word table format. Any ideas for easiest/fastest process?
Thanks much.

Copy the data in Excel and Past the data into Word. The data will come over
in a table format.

hoping for an easier way to keep formatting etc......I have approximately 200
sheets to do....and will need to repeat the whole process a couple of times
over the next few months for updates.

One way is to start in Excel and use
Edit Copy
then go to Word and use
Edit Paste special Past link Microsoft Office Excel worksheet
object
Repeat for each range to be copied.

Each time the workbook is updated, go to Word and use
Edit Select All
Edit Update link

This isn't exactly what you requested; it doesn't use table format. You'd
set the formatting you want in Excel.

Experiment with the options of "Paste special" for some variations.
