Cells referenced in formula bar not highlighted in worksheet
When adding many cells throughout a worksheet, the cells referenced in the
formula are not highlighted. They are highlighted when using shorter formulas, but with long formulas the cells are not highlighted. Is there a limit on how many cells can be referenced in a formula for them to be highlighted. |
Cells referenced in formula bar not highlighted in worksheet
Excel will only highlight 32 total cell references in a single formula. If
there are 33 or more, then none of the references will be highlighted.
