How do I link two columns for sorting?

How do I link two columns for sorting alphabetically? I have two columns of
drugs. One has the drug listing by generic name. The other lists the same
drugs by trade name. I want to link column A to coumn B, so the
corresponding drug names are always side by side (Lasix is always next to
Furosemide). The I want to sort the columns alphabetically in Column A or in
Column B, but I always want Lasix linked to Furosemide. Thanks.

Select the whole range (both columns) before you sort.
