Default Creating a CSV File from....

I have a generic schedule with ID Number then work times from Mon - Sun
in Columns B through H. Shift length is 10

I need to create a CSV document that has ID Number, Date, Start Time,
Constant Shift Length. Days off should be skipped. The fle would be
created from an existing .xls file.

Is there a VBS trick to taking this data that is arranged in a table
and making into a columnwise form:

Example:

Date: 10/3/06

ID MON TUE WED THU
1 5:45 5:45 D/o 5:45
2 ................

Should show

1, 10/3/06, 5:45, 10
1, 10/4/06, 5:45, 10
1, 10/6/06, 5:45, 10
2, ............

Can anyone help me get started? I am having a brain cramp.
