Default Hyphens in a number stiring in a cell

I have a long column of numbers and I want to see them in a set 13-digit
string, no hyphens. The column I have - some numbers have hyphens, some
don't; all are randomly placed. Is there a way to edit out the hyphens
quickly, without losing the data?
