GETTING SELECTED DATA FROM A WORK SHEET TO OTHER WORK SHEET

I am having data in an excel sheet with 120 columns.
I want to get data on other sheet for column no. a,d,g and so on of first
sheet.
how to get it
I do not want to cut paste
