Excel can not complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications.
 

I have received following message while i ran VLOOKUP over 25000 rows:

"Excel can not complete this task with available resources. Choose less
data or close other applications."

Two workbooks are used have 25000 rows.

And my computer configuration is:

RAM = 512 MB
Processor = 2.66 GHz
OS= Windows XP Professional
Office= Office2003
HDD= 40 GB with 8GB space available.


Please give me any help/suggestion/clue anything......

With the description youve provided it is hard to tell --- Your PC
performance should not be the cause. Try describing your issue with a little
bit more info. Meantime, make sure your cells (where you append the data to)
are not formatted as €˜Merge Cells€¦
