How can I allow only copy of a file not cut and paste?
I have a file that is a Master File and needs to be copied weekly - instead
of using copy and paste the person used cut and paste therefore deleting the Master File - is there any way of protecting the Master File from being deleted but still allowing it to be copied. |

Mark it readonly (using windows explorer)?
Give it a password to modify (not open).
