I have a Pivot Table based on data provided by a rep. The data shows a
business visited, the department visited the date and what was discussed. I need to count the number of times the business has been visited. Unfortunatly because one visit to the business might generate 4 or 5 departments visited I am getting incorrect answers. If he visited a business twice one visiting 2 departments and the second time 3 then the total I get is 5 and not 2. How can I count the number of times he visited the company? |
