Default What is this [Group]?

I'm using excel 2003, i saved my work on my laptop. then I transfered
it to a Flashdrive, so I can open it on my desktop. When i open this,
it shows the file name followed by word "[Group]". what is this?
I am not able to make any changes to this file on my desktop. How do I
fix this.

Thanks

It means that you have more than one sheet selected (grouped). Just deselect
all the extras.

And grouping worksheets can make changes easier. Most changes that you make to
a worksheet in a group will be made to the other worksheets in that group.

Because of this, grouping worksheets can be dangerous, too. You'll want to
ungroup them when you're finished making those common changes.

You can group worksheets by clicking on the first tab and ctrl-clicking on
subsequent.

You can ungroup by rightclicking one of the grouped worksheet tabs and choosing
Ungroup sheets.

Excel will open your workbook the way it was last saved--so the worksheets were
grouped before the workbook was saved.
