How can I keep my cursor from being captured in excel?
When working in Excel suddenly my cursor "gets captured" by becoming a plus
sign and no matter where I try to move it it just keeps on highlighting cells forever. How can I turn this funtion off? |

If so, hit F8 key to get out of extended mode. If you see "ADD" hit SHIFT + F8 If using a wheelie mouse, try tapping the roller up and down a few times.
