how do I put bullets side by side

hold the alt key, press 0149 on the numeric keypad (not on the row of #s
above qwertyuiop), let go of the Alt key and you have your .. Do it twice,
and you have ... Is this what you want?

You could concatenate side by side bullets with
=CHAR(149)&CHAR(149)

or for a smaller bullet you could use

=CHAR(183)&CHAR(183)
