Donnie

I get a comma instead of a decimal why ?

I believe this is an old version of exexl
It has been working fine untill today.
When you type 19.5 you get 19,5
it will not change no matter the number format

Stefi

I get a comma instead of a decimal why ?

It is affected by Windows Regional/Language setting. Check it, perhaps it was
changed!

Stefi

To find out what version of Excel you are running, click on HelpAbout MS Excel

If 2002 or 2003 you can change the decimal separator in
ToolsOptionsInternational

Perhaps it was done there.

If not, see the other post about Regional Settings.
