why i can align text and i cant alkign numbers even if i format numbers as
text? can anyone help?

Type 123 in a cell and click the left align icon on the menu bar. What
happens?

i had a table in excel with many numbers in it and i couldnt align those
numbers but when i copied this table to a new book i could align the numbers
howewer i wanted to.
i have no idea why i couldnt align them in first book

It's possible the numbers in the old book had spaces entered after them.
That would keep them from aligning properly.
