How do I go about getting more than 3 conditional formats?? Why do we have a
limit of 3...??!

The older versions of Excel (2003 and earlier) are only limited to 3
conditional formats. There isn't a way to get more, it is a program
limitation. Version 2007 is supposed to allow more.
