Excel Appearance
 
All of the sudden, I saw that the letters at the top of the columns now are
change to numbers. Now I see numbers for rows and columns. How can I change
the Excel appearance, so I see the letters at the top of the columns again?

Go to Tools--Options--View, and uncheck R1C1 reference style.
