Excel 2003 text disappear

Excel wrapped text disappear €“ Although I can edit or view the text in the
formula box, it is not visible on the spreadsheet. If I remove the wrap text
feature it shows up again (my cell alignment is top| left). Any idea what
causes that and how to fix this?
